CHIP404

Burn system

A CHIP404 CHIP404 can be scrapped. The machine dies for good, its number is never reused, and the wallet that scrapped it receives CHIP404 tokens, paid by rarity. The tokens are tradeable, and they swap for BNB in the pool.

The rate is not chosen by the page or by the caller. The burner asks the collection's own tierOf for the CHIP404's grade and pays what that returns, so a steel CHIP404 can never be paid a gold rate.

1

Approve once

The wallet approves the burner to move its CHIP404. One transaction, once per wallet.

2

Scrap

One call takes the CHIP404, burns it on the collection, and mints the tokens to the same wallet. The CHIP404 is never held between transactions.

3

Swap when you want

Tokens are ERC-20 and move freely. Swapping them for BNB happens in the pool, at whatever price the pool is at.

The burner contract is not deployed yet, so this button stays asleep. Nothing on this page signs anything by itself.

CHIP404 tokenwaiting for the pool

The token is not deployed yet, so there is no price and no supply to draw.

Once the token and its pool are live, a point is recorded every minute: the pool price, and how many tokens exist.

About the token

1

Only a burn makes one

There is no sale, no presale and no way to mint by paying. Every token in existence was paid for with a CHIP404 that no longer exists, which is why the supply is closed arithmetic rather than a number the team picked.

2

Graded, so rarity is worth something

Steel pays 500, cyan 1,000, violet 2,000 and gold 4,000. Because the token can be traded, every CHIP404 has a soft floor at whatever scrapping it would pay.

3

The pool is the exit

Holders who want BNB swap their tokens in the pool instead of waiting for a payout. The 5 percent royalty the market already takes is added back into the pool as it arrives, so trading refills what swapping drains.

4

No owner, no pause

The token contract has no owner, no admin, no pause and no upgrade path. The supply is capped at 3,000,000 and the only minter is the burner contract.

5

One disclosed allocation

200,000 tokens exist at deployment for the liquidity pool, announced before the first burn and counted inside the cap. That is the only supply not created by a burn, and the project never sells from it.

6

Said plainly

The BNB in the pool is a finite sum the project put up. Selling into it draws it down. If it drains faster than the royalty refills it, the price falls and stays down. This is not a yield and not a promise.
